Messy Church -14th July
This Sunday it is MESSY CHURCH again!
Our theme is TREASURE!
We have a BBQ (thanks Ian and Rachel!) , games, sandpit and of course lots of crafts to have a go at like soap carving and bead making.
Hope you can make it! If you fancy baking a cake for pudding, that would be fab!...
Benefice Communion – 30th June
Do head over to St Nicholas Chearsley for our Benefice Communion at 10am.
If you struggle with the idea of the Trinity, Ann Persson will enlighten us during her talk.
There will be a junior church led by Claire Henry and Anne Pratt which will be outside in the shade of the trees with a nature hunt, craft activity, biscuits and singing.

Jazz Picnic – 7th July

12:30-3:30pm at Wapping Cottage, near Church House, by kind invitation of Greg and Susie Bojarski (or in Church House if it rains). Messy Church – 9th June
This Sunday we will be hearing the story of The Prodigal Son and thinking about just how much God loves us, like the Father in the story. Here are just a few of the activities we will be trying. If you want to know how they fit with the story, come along and find out - 4pm in Chearsley Village Hall....
Prayers for June
Prayer is the foundation of all we do in our daily lives as well as in our church life - after all, a relationship thrives on communication! As we pray throughout the month - on our own, in small groups, and at services - can I invite us to pray for these particular people: In our three churches, giving thanks for all the volunteers who help to repair and maintain our church buildings, for those who lock and unlock them every day, and for our two Friends Organisations. In our three villages, please pray for our sports clubs, for the volunteers who help to run them, and for the safety and enjoyment of all who participate in them....
